Friendly Visitor
Companionship provided for short intervals to homebound or isolated older adults. Trained volunteers provide visits to participants that focus on conversation and communication and may include activities such as playing games, taking a walk, reading to a client, doing crafts, etc. The goal is to help older adults living alone stay connected to their community.
